Josh turned 27!!

For our wedding, Josh wanted to have a chocolate filled, chocolate iced cake for the guests but I said no. However, we decided to make him his OWN cake and decorate it IU themed. Well, we never did cut into that cake during the wedding so we decided to freeze it. It could seriously feed about 30 people so we had to wait for a big occasion to serve it. So, we decided Josh's birthday get together would be perfect. We had about 10 people there and still had half the cake leftover. It was delicious!! Happy birthday baby. Just think.. we met at IU and we celebrated your 23rd birthday together. Now we are married and about to become parents and we just celebrated your 27th... crazy how time flys! I love you Josie!!

23 wks to 25 wks

Well, we finally got our laptop back so I am able to post my belly pictures! Not a lot has happened in the past few weeks. However, I am now feel the baby's every move. I feel him kick, I feel him scrap his foot or booty along my belly.. I pretty much feel him swimming around all the time. Now, when I stand up, I can feel him weigh down my belly more and more each day. We are guessing an 8 pounder when he arrives, but we will just have to wait and see!!

I went to the Dr a few days ago and everything is great. I am measuring right at 25cm which is right on track for 25 weeks. The heart rate was the slowest I have seen in, in the 120's but once he started moving it shot back up to the 140's bmp. He is an active little guy. We are still working on names.. I have a few of my favorites which of course Josh disaggrees with me on.

We started cleaning out the office for the baby room and are going to get paint this weekend. Baseball is over for Josh on Saturday so he will be around much more and able to help me out... finally! :) Here are some pics from the past few weeks..

So, as you can see.. the belly is growing pretty good and the baby is doing amazing. I was washing some onsies this week that other people have given us and was seperating them by size... the infant size is just so amazingly tiny. I can't wait to meet him... he really loves the food I give him too. No complaints yet haha

Reds Game

So Josh and I took Danny and Jennifer to the Cincy Reds game last Saturday! It was soo much fun but of course, tiring for me because the game was pretty late. So I squeezed my prego butt into my Reds jersey and at 2 Skyline Chili dogs (which I NEVER regret eating because they are delicious!!).... Anyway, this is my 3rd or 4th Reds game but the only one where hey have WON!! WOOO It was a great game.. even though a line drive it a guy 3 rows behind us right in the chest.. that was insane!!!This is the guy Danny had to sit by.. it really wasn't bad but it was kinda funny.. only because of Danny's size compared to this guy ... ; )

22 weeks and kicking!

So now I am 22 weeks along and boy oh boy, is he kicking! I just love it... it is such a surreal feeling, like little jabs on my innards... mainly he kicks super loooowwwww in my belly. He is kicking right now actually.. can't wait for everyone else to be able to feel him too.. very soon I am sure!! Feeling great!! Love....

So Josh has been asst. coaching Manuel baseball for 2 seasons now. He absolutely looooves it even thought his team is not the greatest. However, they are coming around.. I have a feeling! Anyway, I was at his game the other night and realized I had not gotten any pictures of Josie in his little uniform yet.. soooo... I think he is adorable in his uniform....
